Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns
We accept returns only in case of:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect product received

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging

Return Request Timeline

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged/defective)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Mode

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refund will be processed via bank transfer (details required)

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Please check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank/payment provider, as processing time may vary
  • If the issue persists, contact us for assistance

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For exchanges, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged/incorrect product, we will arrange a reverse pickup
  • In other cases (if applicable), return shipping cost may be borne by the customer
